 राजीव युवा उत्थान योजना के तहत राज्य सरकार  छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य लोक सेवा आयोग द्वारा आयोजित सिविल सेवा परीक्षा की तैयारी के लिए राज्य के अनुसूचित जाति, अनुसूचित जनजाति और अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग के पात्र विद्यार्थियों  आवेदन पत्र आमंत्रित करती है । इसमें चयन हेतु अभ्यर्थियों को एक लिखित परीक्षा दिलाना पड़ता है जिसमे से मेरिट के आधार पर उच्च अंक प्राप्त करने वाले अभ्यर्थियों को चयन किया जाता है| चयनित अभ्यर्थी को राज्य सरकार द्वारा इस योजना के तहत मुफ्त में कोचिंग कराती है |

Under the Rajiv Yuva Utthan Yojana, the state government invites applications from eligible students of Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe and Other Backward Classes of the state for preparation of civil service examination conducted by Chhattisgarh State Public Service Commission. For selection in this, candidates have to appear in a written examination in which candidates with higher marks are selected on the basis of merit. Under this scheme, the state government provides free coaching to the selected candidates.
